Expenses of round-trip airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and $50 per diem for meals and gratuities for each travel and presentation day.
50% down on signing of contract. Balance to be paid to speaker 2 weeks before event. If total amount is paid in full within 2 weeks of signing contract, a 10% “Corporate Discount” will be deducted from total bill, excluding travel expenses.
